Centacare South West NSW is seeking an experienced Office Coordinator who is able to provide our team of practitioners exceptional administrative support to ensure they can continue to provide quality services to our community.
The Opportunity:
To assist with meeting the growing demand for our services, Centacare are currently seeking an Office Coordinator to join our inclusive, supportive and collaborative team in Wagga Wagga.
The position will include duties such as greeting clients in the office and over the phone, scheduling and coordinating appointments, data entry, preparing documents, stock control and general office duties.

Administration Duties:
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients and visitors, maintaining high-quality customer service.
- Provide administration assistance where required and ensure tasks are completed accurately and promptly.
- Contributing to weekly, monthly and quarterly meetings assisting team to update systems and processes if required.
- Filing and record management including data entry.
- General office administration and assistance with other varied tasks as required.
- Must obtain or willingness to obtain a Working With Children Check and Police Check
- Be fully vaccinated for COVID-19
