Property Manager Role:
As a Property Manager with us, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- Managing a full portfolio of properties
- Providing exceptional customer service to landlords and tenants
- Conducting final bond inspections
- Overseeing rent arrears control
- Coordinating and managing property maintenance
- Handling general administration duties
- Utilizing Property Tree and other property management software
Ideal Candidate:
To be successful in this role, you should possess:
- A strong customer focus with excellent problem-solving skills
- Good written and oral communication skills
- Attention to detail
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
- A valid driver's license and licensed vehicle
While our preference is for a locally based Property Manager (in or moving to Port Hedland), we also consider remote staff working from home, especially for candidates with significant experience.
