We have a unique and exciting opportunity for a professional, diligent and enthusiastic Property Manager to join our team on a 12 months fixed-term maternity cover contract starting 19/08/2024. Experience is essential.

- Separate accounts team to manage arrears and end of month
Responsibilities of this position include, but not limited to:
- Liaise with owners and tenants
- Conduct routine and final inspections
- Manage maintenance work
- Manage arrears and lease renewals
- Building strong relationship with landlords and tenants
- Running of day-to-day portfolio
To be successful for this role you will need to have:
- Sound understanding of day to day property management
- Have a high attention to detail
- Strong client service focus and follow up
- High level of written and verbal communication skill
- Impeccable organisational skills
- Work independently and as a team to achieve successful outcomes
- Current driver’s license and own car
- Have a minimum of 2 years experience as a Property Manager
- Hold current Property Management registration and a current police clearance.
