- Responsible for your own portfolio with support from Senior Managers and Directors
- Predominately manage external Property Management tasks however working in a team environment to assist across all facets of Property Management.
- Have the use of a fully maintained company car or appropriate allowance.

To be successful in this role, you will require:
- Ideally experienced in Property Management or experienced Assistant Property Manager ready for the next step with a current certificate of real estate registration.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work cohesively in a team environment.
- Must be organized with excellent time management skills.
- Exceptional customer service skills and a positive "can-do attitude".
- Your personality must be enthusiastic, energetic, self-motivated, and have high ethical values.
- Ideally, have experience with Property Me, office365 and DocuSign and REI forms.
- MOST IMPORTANTLY - You enjoy a positive, fun and vibrant work place.
