We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Property Manager to oversee our portfolio of properties in Byron Bay. The ideal candidate will have experience in Property Management, exceptional communication skills, and a the desire to establish a career and grow with the team.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operations of our portfolio of properties
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with tenants, landlords, vendors, and contractors
- Respond promptly and professionally to tenant requests, complaints, and emergencies
- Conduct regular property inspections to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and to identify maintenance needs
- Coordinate repairs and maintenance with vendors and contractors, ensuring work is completed to a high standard and within budget
- Manage property finances, including rent collection, invoicing, and budgeting
- Prepare and execute lease agreements and other legal documents
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new tenants and maximize occupancy rates
Ideal requirements:
- Proven experience as a property manager, preferably in a similar market such as Byron Bay
- Understanding of local Real Estate laws and regulations
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think on your feet
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Property Management software
- Valid driver's license
