We are seeking a driven and self-motivated, happy and enthusiastic person who values high customer service and attention to detail will thrive in our business.
Day to day role will include but not be limited to:
- Working alongside the Management Team
- Managing properties renewals
- in-going & Outgoings
- Arrange maintenance to properties as required
- Tenants & Landlord Liaison
- General office/Administration duties
- Job Variation
- Ongoing training
The Position is ready for an immediate start if you are:
- Well organised and presented
- Customer service focused
- An effective time manager
- Have attention to detail
- Current Real Estate registration + property management experience
- Current Drivers license
- Experience with Inspect Real Estate Software is advantageous
The successful applicant will receive a mobile phone, attractive salary + superannuation and use of a company vehicle during work hours where needed.
