Property Presenting Officer (Mortgagee in Possession)

About the Role

This role is responsible for providing a high level of service to clients. It takes a national approach to Property Presenting which includes occupancy checks, letters to tenants, managing abandoned goods and all aspects of taking occupation and the sale of a Mortgagee in Possession property.

Key Responsibilities

• Arranging possession of properties on behalf of the mortgage
• Assessment of valuation and appraisals with recommendations
• Overseeing the preparation and presentation of the property for marketing
• Managing the marketing and sale of the property through to settlement

Skills and Experience

• You must demonstrate a ‘can do’ attitude, strong initiative and the ability to multi-task
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail and excellent time management
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written)
• Highly developed customer service skills
• Ability to work to tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
