Survey Services (‘part of Occuhealth Pty Ltd’) are looking for suitably qualified Property Risk Assessors to complete building risk reports for Insurers, Brokers, Building Owners, and General Clients.
Property risk surveys are increasingly being requested by Insurers and Brokers to assist clients with insurance renewals and new insurance cover. This ensures best price is being provided as we assess the risk including any recommendations to be made to enhance safety and security.
You will be responsible for contacting clients and arranging appointments in order to assess the risk. You will be required to complete reports within 24 - 72 hours of the site visit, using client report software and our own in-house reporting software.

Required
- Current driver’s license
- Computer literate
- Ability to meet deadlines
- Legally able to work in Australia
- Own insurances
Desirable Qualifications
- Background in building, electrical, fire risk, broking, or relevant industry
- Understanding of Australian Standards
- Experience in completing property/building risk inspections/fire risk/engineering
- Underwriting or insurance knowledge
