About the Role
WorkPac is currently seeking a Property Search Officer to join our clients team. This position will provide accurate and timely administrative services to enable effective and efficient delivery of Property Search results to effect transfer of properties with Logan City.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Produce clear, concise and accurate written communication in emails, applications and correspondence.
- Respond to telephone and email enquiries in relation to property search applications.
- Liaise with Rates, Recoveries and Accounts Receivable teams regarding arrears on property or accounts relating to property in sundry debtor ledger.
- Process incoming search requests received online or via mail.
- Maintain records in Council’s corporate property and document management system.
- Generate and complete worksheets created through Council’s corporate property system.
- Prepare refunds for applications where required
Skills & Experience Required:
- Australian C Class Drivers Licence
- Available for an immediate start.
- Working knowledge of Council’s corporate property system, document management system and finance system.
- High level of customer service skills and ability to deal effectively and confidentially with a diverse range of clients.
- Strong organisational skills with the appropriate use of initiative
- High standard of numeracy and attention to detail.
- The ability to quickly acquire a working knowledge of Council's operations and organisational structure.
