What this opportunity involves:
Are you looking for an opportunity to take your property management skills to the next level? We are currently seeking a motivated and ambitious Property Services Supervisor to join our team at JLL.
As the Property Services Supervisor, you will play a critical role in coordinating the day-to-day operations and safety aspects of a diverse industrial portfolio. Your responsibilities will include ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, managing maintenance and risk management activities, implementing sustainability initiatives, and contributing to budgeting and reporting processes.
An overview of the role:
- Ensure compliance with statutory authorities and best practices in property maintenance
- Coordinate Property Services and maintenance activities
- Collaborate with specialist contractors to ensure adherence to contracts and scope of work
- Support property due diligence programs and report necessary improvements
- Implement and maintain computerized maintenance systems
- Identify and implement energy and water conservation initiatives
- Manage tenant refurbishment processes in compliance with health and safety requirements
- Drive sustainability management and reporting for the properties
- Participate in various organizational programs and initiatives
- Complete capital expenditure processes and manage project outcomes
- Assist with budget preparation and monitoring
- Provide accurate and timely reports on property operations
- Demonstrated ability to prioritize work and meet deadlines
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Excellent organizational and administrative skills
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities
- Valid driver's license and own vehicle
- Tertiary qualifications are desirable but not mandatory
- Trade certificate and relevant experience will be considered
