They are currently looking for great people to join their facilites and maintenance team.About the roleOur client is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Facilities Caretaker to support the daily operations of their facilities. The ideal candidate will maintain a safe, clean, and efficient working environment, assist with various maintenance tasks along providing strong customer service to tennants.Key Responsibilities

• Routine maintenance and repairs on building systems and equipment
• Assist with office moves, furniture assembly, and space organization
• Monitor and maintain the cleanliness of the common areas, restrooms, and kitchens
• Coordinate with external vendors for specialised maintenance services
• Respond promptly to facility-related issues and service requests
• Assist with mail distribution and other administrative tasks as needed

Skills & Experience

• Min 3-5 years experience in a similar role
• Previous maintenance experience is advantageous
• Industrial White card
• Chemical certificate (desirable)
• Asbestos awareness certificate (desirable)
