We are looking for a skilled Property Stylist who is passionate about interior trends and has the ability to interpret a variety of interior styles ensuring the most cohesive, premium and perfectly tailored presentation in every home. You should demonstrate relevant industry knowledge in styling and refurbishing homes in preparation for real estate campaigns. The ability to identify all potential improvements and the ideal furniture and accessories to present each home at its optimal level is key. Previous styling experience is preferred. Interior design and/or project management experience is favourable.
The successful candidate will exhibit exceptional time management skills, a keen eye for detail and a perfectionist approach to property presentation. You must be incredibly organised and able to thrive under the pressures of firm deadlines. You need to demonstrate initiative and have a solutions-based attitude with a commitment to going above and beyond to provide our clients the highest level of service. We are seeking an all-rounder with a positive “can-do” attitude that possesses great pride in their work ensuring they see every job through to completion. You must be a highly self-motivated person that can work autonomously as well as a reliable team player.
You will need to be physically fit and capable of lifting/carrying art and accessories in and out of properties as well as up and down stairs. A professional attitude, polished personal presentation, energetic and friendly personality and sense of humour will make you the perfect fit for our team. You will need to be proficient in all Microsoft office programs. You will need to have your Victorian drivers’ licence and your own car that can be used for work. We are looking for both part-time and casual positions
Report directly to the Company Director
- Meet with prospective clients to obtain styling and refurbishment briefs
- Undertake property improvement scope of works briefs
- Developing client proposals, presentation documents and cost estimates
- Obtain contractor quotes as required
- Client liaison
- Select furniture, art and accessories for styling projects
- Pack accessories for styling projects
- On site styling
- Manage collection of furniture and accessories from completed styling jobs once contracts end
- Unpack all returned stock and return it to office storerooms
- Organise and maintain in-office stock storerooms
- Photographing styling projects
- Assist office coordinator to develop content for social media posts
We are looking for both part-time and casual applicants with flexibility to work up to 5 days. No weekend work required!
