Emily May Bridal is a small, passionate Bridal Boutique based in South Melbourne. We are highly regarded for our service, professionalism, and vision for the industry.
As our Melbourne team is expanding, we are looking for more fashion enthusiasts to join our team as Bridal Stylists. Previous bridal experience is not required however, experience in hi-end/luxury retail is highly preferred.
At Emily May Bridal it is our passion to help our brides-to-be find their dream dress while ensuring they have a magical experience along the journey. We pride ourselves in always delivering the highest quality products with excellent customer service.
ABOUT YOU
Minimum 2 years sales experience in fashion retail
Passionate and loves everything Bridal
Dedication to drive sales whilst maintaining highest level of customer service
Highly self-motivated and success driven
High level of professionalism with a can do and positive attitude
Always well presented, passionate about fashion and outstanding styling skills
Enthusiastic, warm, and attentive personality
Must be able to work in high-pace and dynamic environment
Able to work all retail hours including Saturdays (Saturdays is a Must!)
THE ROLE
Provide styling consultation – gowns, minis and accessories
Provide one on one consultation, including taking measurements
Assist in quality assurance
Maintain sales KPI and targets
Merchandising
Online communication (mostly emails) with brides
Involve in all daily store operation tasks
