Property Valuer
What to Expect:
Marsh Valuation Services, including AssetVal, specializes in valuing property, infrastructure, plant, and equipment assets in the Pacific Region. We focus on financial reporting and insurance valuations, without relying on bank panels or mortgage valuations.
As our team grows, we seek a Property Valuer to join our Brisbane team. You will work on diverse valuation projects for leading organizations in a dynamic team environment.

Responsibilities:
• Perform valuations for different property types and purposes
• Manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
• Travel intrastate, nationally, and internationally for client commitments
• Build and maintain client relationships
• Provide expert advice on valuation programs and initiatives
• Develop strategies to expand client relationships and grow the portfolio
• Collaborate effectively in a fast-paced environment
Requirements:
• AAPI with CPV qualification
• Minimum 3 years' valuation experience
• Business development experience with a growth-focused mindset
• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
• Strong logical and analytical thinking
• Willingness to travel nationally and internationally
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
