About the role

Reporting to the Office Manager, the Office Assistant will provide quality administrative support to the valuations team and overall business operations.

To make this come to life, your responsibilities will involve:

  • Provide quality and timely assistance in the preparation of valuation reports and documenting sales for our clients.
  • Accurate preparation and assistance of quotes within the office. 
  • Use of professional communication skills to assist in the booking of valuation appointments.
  • Coordinate and maintain the open and close of client files, ensuring an effective filing system is managed including scanning.
  • Ensuring accurate data entry of all past jobs.
  • General ad hoc administration and office maintenance such as:
  • ordering stationery and office supplies.
  • turning on the dishwasher and unpacking each day.

About you

An administration professional with a positive attitude who thrives on being organised and delivering quality work. 

Of equal importance will be:

  • A proactive team player who loves to help, naturally hardworking and able to take direction.
  • 1-2 years office administration experience.
  • Positive working mindset and a can-do attitude.
  • Exceptional attention to detail with an eye for excellence - every task needs your quality attention.
  • Excellent communication skills, highly organised and dependable.
  • Strong time management and a desire to learn.
