You will mainly be responsible for preparing comprehensive proposals and bid preparations for customer evaluation, utilizing your technical knowledge of Halliburton services and detailed analysis of job requirements.
This position reports to the Business Development Manager and will be offered on a Monday to Friday roster based at Jandakot, WA.
Key Responsibilities
- Responding to Tender requests and Job Proposals
- Proofreading, editing and reviews of written proposal material
- Ensure customer defined requirements are met in tender response
- Develop schedules to guide the bid team
- Ensure documentation is completed to lodgement timeframes
- Support BD with query response, ad-hoc reporting, and data analysis
- Assist in maintaining digital contract register
Role Requirements
- Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or similar
- Experience managing tender documents for engineering/technical submissions
- Ability to manage internal compliance process
- Proficiency in MS Office, in particular with MS word
- Ability to create a well formatted proposal document
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Experience in the Oil & Gas industry (Desirable)
