We specialize is Trench Shoring, Propping, Dewatering, Water Treatment, and Pumping solutions, to best suit our customer requirements.
We currently have an exciting opportunity for an experienced individual to join our Brisbane branch in Ormeau as a Supervisor for our propping division. The primary responsibility of this role is to Supervise the propping division while nurturing existing client relationships and actively seeking out new customers and business opportunities.

Responsibilities include:
- To oversee and manage the propping hire fleet for the Ormeau depot
- To organize and supervise the installation and demobilization of Props for customers to meet their time frames
- Managing a portfolio of key accounts, and canvassing customers to secure hires and new opportunities to expand our current customer base
- Build and Maintain positive working relationships with clients to ensure that they receive exceptional service and to encourage repeat business
- Provide solutions for equipment to meet customers needs
- Analysis technical drawings to help meet the customer requirements.
- Analysis of tender submission of documents within time frames
- Submitting quotations and solutions for customer requirements
- Attend site inspections and meetings
Requirements:
- Relevant recent experience in equipment hire, mining and construction industry
- Previous Propping experience required.
- Intermediate Riggers Ticket or higher
- Previous sales/management experience
- Trench Shoring knowledge is desirable but not essential
- Strong customer service focus
- Multi-tasking skills and ability to meet deadlines
- Impeccable problem-solving skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Office
- Must have clear written and verbal English
