In this role, you'll:
You will be working as part of a highly effective team of legal experts. Sitting within the Quality and Reporting team, you will provide recommendations on legal representations that come through as well as quality reviewing briefs of evidence to ensure they meet evidence and admissibility requirements, that the investigation has been conducted according to policy and procedures and that the briefs are completed within agreed timeframes.
You will also carry out the data entry of all information and ensuring the units reporting functions are up to date.
We are looking to fill 2 x Prosecution Quality Management Officer roles.

About you
You are a qualified criminal investigator or have a law degree. You will also have a minimum of 3 years’ experience in court and ideally experience with traffic law.
You will have a strong understanding and ability to interpret NSW legislation and make educated decisions.
You will have outstanding stakeholder management skills and the ability to communicate with influence both verbally and written.
