AddressWorking on behalf of a National Brand we are on the lookout for a Property Management Franchise Consultant to aid in the state management of developing Property Management departments across New South Wales.
The ideal person for this role has run a Property Management department and thrives in a learning and motivating environment.
About This Role
- Support Minimum Standards in all discussions with team members and managers Induct new agencies into the brand
- Report to HOD identified areas of improvement and failure to meet minimum standards and work with the agency to rectify
- Reinforce any change to process with teams agreed between HOD and business owner/manager
- Deliver training and strategic support to enable proactive action and success in any role
- Under the direction of HOD, write and deliver training online, in-room or onsite
- As required, assist HOD in design and creation role specific self-paced training options
- Assist HOD with creation of and review templates, checklists and support documents
- Support HOD as required
- Work with HOD to review and supply minimum performance standards
- Participate in the National Property Management Conference

Ideal Candidate
- 5+ years within Property Management and at least 2 years as a head of department
- Real Estate Licence
- Highly motivated personality with a passion for Property Management and training
