Job description

We are looking for Psychology graduates who want to make a real difference, to join our two-year Graduate Program. Combined with Konekt’s coaching and development, you will use your knowledge and skills to;  

  • Provide initial assessment, testing and brief interventions for job seekers who have psychosocial and mental health barriers to obtaining or sustaining employment 
  • Perform new employment vocational assessments, transferable skills analysis, recovery support 
  • Conduct initial assessments with injured workers and case management for return to same employment 
  • Assess and report on workers mental health fitness for work and psychological functional capacities 
  • Conduct intelligence testing and reporting  
  • Assess and make recommendations on effects of mental health and medical conditions on ability to work 
  • Write detailed case notes and reports  
  • Work with adult clients living with varying socioeconomic, educational, psychosocial and nationality backgrounds

You’ll also need to:  

  • Be eligible for Provisional Psychology registration with AHPRA, upon graduating  
  • Be eligible to be Comcare accredited (desirable but not essential)  
  • Obtain a current Working with Children Check and have a pre-employment national criminal check.   
  • Located in Darwin NT
