The Employee Psychological Services unit is responsible for the design, implementation and evaluation of programs and services to deliver the departments Programs designed to manage and enhance Employee Wellbeing and Mental Health.
You will be responsible for the management of specialist programs, services and advice regarding workplace mental health and psychological wellbeing. The role also contributes to strategy development, clinical governance and quality assurance of Employee Assistance Programs (EAP), and deliver services and programs which enhance mental health, resilience and well being.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide specialist expertise, knowledge and advice that contributes to the development and implementation of Employee Wellbeing and Psychological Programs
Work in collaboration with other staff to manage projects and programs within the team to ensure they are delivered in scope and on time
Work with external EAP providers to arrange urgent and non-urgent services for sites
Provide support and input into WHS Directorate programs as required
Ideally you will:
Be informed and experienced in best practice and contemporary Employee Wellbeing and Mental Health strategies and programs
Have the capacity to manage sensitive, confidential and sometimes distressing content
Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills together with sound administrative skills
