We are seeking a passionate and dedicated trauma clinician (Psychologist, Clinical Psychologist, Mental Health Accredited Social Worker) to join our team. At Birchtree Centre, we provide a safe and respectful space for survivors of complex trauma, addictions, and eating disorders to access the support they need with care and dignity. 

Working from values of empathy, compassion, collaboration and courage Birchtree is a dignity promoting collaborative centre designed to provide the most generous space for clinicians to work in. Our clinicians work as independent contractors (not a percentage split model) and are embedded within the active Birchtree community. We offer a steady stream of referrals, opportunities for half price training, group therapy facilitation, and support in accessing suitable trauma therapy supervisors. 

If you have a Medicare Provider number, at least 3 years of experience post-training, and a desire to make a difference in the lives of people with complex trauma in a supportive environment, we want to hear from you. Experience working with complex and/or developmental trauma is essential, and training in working with adolescents, eating disorders, addiction, and group therapy is desirable.
