We specialize in providing individual counselling services for a diverse clientele, including adults, couples, adolescents, children, and families. While we cater to various age groups, our primary focus lies on clients aged between 6-18 years old.
Our clinic prides itself on providing the supportive and intimate atmosphere typical of boutique private practices. As a therapist with us, you can expect to see approximately 5 clients per day with no billable targets, Early Start Australia has a strong emphasis on therapist self-care, including flexible working hours for personal appointments and school pickups.

What You Need:
- Tertiary qualifications in Psychology with current registration with AHPRA or AASW.
- Psychologist (General, Clinical, Counselling, or Educational Development) or Provisional Psychologist (with a minimum of 3 years face-to-face counselling experience)
- Passion for making therapy engaging and meaningful for families.
- Experience in counselling and therapeutic interventions for children, young people, and parents, covering mental health, trauma, behavioural issues, and general wellbeing.
- Proficiency in completing risk and mental health assessments.
- Full compliance with necessary checks and certifications
While not mandatory, a passion for psychoeducational assessments is welcomed at our clinic.
