What You Will Be Doing

The Neuropsychology Registrar position is a two-year (one-year for Doctoral level) rotational program specifically designed to support recent Neuropsychology graduates, to gain experience working in public mental health, as part of an Allied Health Graduate Program aligned to the Royal Commission into Victoria’s Public Mental Health Services recommendations. Recent graduates will be supported to work towards achieving endorsement in Clinical Neuropsychology and meeting the Australian Psychology Board requirements for the Masters or Doctoral level registrar programs.

What You Need

We anticipate you will have:
  • General registration as a Psychologist with the Psychology Board of Australia
  • Hold a Masters or Doctoral coursework qualification in Clinical Neuropsychology, approved by the Psychology Board of Australia.
  • Eligibility or working towards endorsement in Clinical Neuropsychology
  • A sound understating of legal and ethical issues and compliance with Australian Psychological Society Code of Ethics.
  • Demonstrated knowledge, experience and skills in neuropsychological assessment, including test administration, scoring, and report writing.
