About you

Our ideal candidate will be someone who can carry out the following key accountabilities in accordance with the Metro North Health's values:

  • Deliver competent level Social Work / Psychology / Occupational Therapy clinical services including assessment, formulation, discipline specific interventions and Case Management/care coordination to consumers with complex Mental Health needs within a multidisciplinary tea, in accordance with professional practice, ethical and Mental Health standards to ensure culturally appropriate consumer focused outcomes.
  • Actively participate in the multidisciplinary team by providing discipline specific clinical advice and contribute to the development of treatment and discharge planning and service provision.
  • Monitor and report on clinical practices and outcomes within clinical service area and actively participate in initiating, developing and implementing quality and service improvement / research activities that enhance the delivery of clinical services and support achievement of key performance indicators.
