- Individual psychology counseling sessions and assessments for various age groups
- Welcoming NDIS self-managed, plan-managed, Medicare, and private patients
- Working with participants aged 5 and above, addressing conditions like autism, anxiety, depression, personality disorders, and trauma
- Assessing needs, designing and implementing therapy plans, and supporting goal achievement
- Appointments at clinic rooms, schools, or through telehealth
- Conducting cognitive, psychometric, personality assessments, and autism diagnostic assessments
- Liaison with multidisciplinary team, collaboration with families, medical practitioners, schools, and allied health professionals
- Case management notes and report writing
- KPIs based on participant outcomes; no KPIs on billable hours
- Administration team manages calendars and invoicing

- Experience in working with clients with disabilities is highly regarded.
- Experience in working with neurodivergent participants is highly regarded.
- Demonstrated ability in research, information analysis, and report preparation.
- Strong written communication skills for professional reports and case notes.
- Effective verbal communication skills for engaging with a diverse client group and stakeholders.
- NDIS Workers screening check is essential.
