Psychologist with experience in OCD treatment

Davies & Robertson Psychology is a highly regarded clinical practice, located in leafy North Adelaide. Our Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder Clinic, led by clinical psychologist, Dr Jodie Harris, is currently looking to expand.  Because of very high client demand, we are seeking a Psychologist with a special interest in treating OCD.  

The successful applicant (working anywhere between one to three days per week) will deliver evidence-based therapy for adults with OCD, alongside a happy, genuine and collaborative team of passionate and dedicated clinicians. We are well-supported by referrals from general practitioners, psychiatrists, government and community-based sources, to provide treatment for OCD. 

An opportunity exists for the successful applicant to receive supervision towards clinical endorsement, if required/desired.

We highly value our psychologists and therefore offer an extremely competitive rate of pay.  Our practice fee is only 32% of billings - the rest is yours!

Experience and Skills

• AHPRA registered psychologist
• Proficiency in evidence-based therapies, such as exposure & response prevention, cognitive-behavioural therapy, schema therapy, and mindfulness-based interventions
• Clinical endorsement desirable, but not required
• Compliance with professional and ethical issues
• Ability to work autonomously, as well as collaboratively with fellow clinicians

Engagement

• Successful applicants will be independent contractors paid well for services delivered
• Start date and preference for session days and times are flexible and negotiable
