We are seeking an experienced and motivated Management Couple to lead the operations of this popular pub. • Oversee daily operations of the pub, ensuring excellent service and guest satisfaction
• Manage staff recruitment, training, and development
• Implement and maintain high standards of cleanliness and safety
• Develop and execute marketing strategies to boost patronage
• Handle financial management, including budgeting and reporting
• Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for inventory management
• Plan and organize events to engage the local community

• Proven experience in pub or motel management (as a couple)
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
• Ability to manage financials and budgets effectively
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Flexibility to work varied hours, including nights and weekends
• Current RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol) certification
