Hays Specialist Recruitment are currently seeking applications from experienced Cleaners with a Medium Rigid Licence to work within the City of Gold Coast Council's City Maintenance division. This is an exciting opportunity to work alongside Australia's second-largest local government.
Your new role
Your new role as a Public Facilities Cleaner will be on a temporary basis. This role will require your flexibility and reliability to work a rotating roster and work across AM and PM shifts as required. Duties include but are not limited to:
- Public area cleaning, including litter collection, public toilet cleaning and BBQ cleaning
- Street sweeping
- Sweeping the city-wide bike way network
- Cleaning recovery operations following storms
What you will need to succeed
You will be available on weekdays, weekends and public holidays. You will be able to provide a current CV detailing your experience with two recent and relevant references to back you up. Requirements for the role are as follows:
- Construction White Card
- Medium Rigid Drivers Licence is mandatory for this position
- An up-to-date CV
- Two references to back you up
