MCMPR is the Australian brand strategy and creative ideas agency of choice for aspirational global and domestic brands. We have been shaping and communicating client vision in the fashion, beauty, lifestyle, retail and luxury ecommerce spheres for over 26 years. 

MCMPR is looking for a part time social media coordinator to join our team in managing MCMPR’s own social media and digital marketing platforms; as well as contributing to the innovative content creation process for both agency and client outputs.

The main areas of responsibility for this role include: leading the planning and timely execution of the agency’s social media content and copy including the capture of bts photography and short form video;  ensuring consistency of the MCMPR brand voice; developing and maintaining MCMPR’s online presence to engage our audience while driving growth and engagement to all digital channels; optimising content creation and outputs and leading on industry best practices; supporting the design capabilities and content development of agency documentation and proposals as well as contributing to the generation of ideation, projects and event management.

​​The ideal candidate for this role will be a digital native with a thorough understanding of wider cultural trends, emerging platforms and content creation with a results-focused lens and a keen eye for detail. Specific case studies in fashion and beauty will be favourable. The role would suit someone available for 2-3 days work, with some flexibility.

Essential Skills & Requirements:

  • Experience and interest in omni channel marketing 
  • Well versed in social media and digital platforms including but not limited to Instagram, Facebook, Linkedin, Tiktok, CMS
  • Experience in SEO and email marketing is favourable
  • Proven experience creating low-fi content such as photography and video for various social media channels
  • Strong communication skills including ability to copyright for different audiences and tone of voice
  • Comprehensive design & IT skills – proficient in Photoshop, InDesign, Google Docs and Microsoft Office programs
  • Effective networking skills and an eye for the creative
  • Practical experience in creative concept development, set/prop sourcing and content/shoot management
  • Understanding of the luxury; aspirational and resale sectors of Fashion, Lifestyle and Beauty industries
  • Meticulous organisation skills, the ability to multi-task and meet deadlines
  • Discreet, professional and well spoken, with excellent networking skills
  • Proven ability to work efficiently, proactively and seamlessly think two steps ahead
  • Flexible, adaptive and responsive
  • Strong collaborator
  • Innate sense of personal style and impeccable presentation

Located in Darlington, Sydney, NSW 2008
