Pump / Ancillary Fitter Onsite and or Workshop

BEP Pumps and Irrigation are a Small Family Owned local business specializing in pump repairs and maintenance based in our new to us Workshop in Sarina and we are currently seeking the following roles,

-Site based Pump/Ancillary Fitter on a 7 on 7 off roster.

-Site based Pump/Ancillary Fitter on a Mon to Friday Style Roster.

-Workshop Based Pump/Ancillary Fitter on a Mon to Friday Style Roster.

Must have:

• Mechanical/Diesel Fitter Trade Qualification. 
• High experience in repairs and maintenance of Pit Dewatering Pumps and Highwall Pumps.
• Strong work ethic.
• Current driver license essential for role.
• Daunia, SWC and Poitrel inductions would be an advantage.
• Supply tools of trade.

Experience and current competencies / qualifications an advantage,

• MR license desired but not essential.
• Forklift / Dogger / Rigger License / Non Slew.
• Coal Board Medical.
• Standard 11.
• Confined Space.
• Working at Heights and EWP.
• Supervisor S123 and G2 competencies. 
• Poly Welding competencies. 
• Welding and Fabrication Qualifications and Experience.

Rates and inclusions will vary depending on experience and role.

These roles may suit permanent subcontractors.
