As the QA Engineer, you will work as a member of a cross functional team to ensure best practice QA standards are adopted and thrive.
You will:
- participate in the delivery of technology solutions within an iterative, agile framework
- translate requirements into test plans, conduct manual tests and create and execute test automations
- complete system testing, gather feedback to improve quality and reduce operational risk, ensuring risks are mitigated
- engage in meaningful interactions with users and work collaboratively with Analysts and Developers
- contribute technical expertise to user story analysis to enhance the quality of the design
- create data, conduct tests and analyse results to ensure that software meets requirements
- document and maintain test plans, procedures and results.

WHAT YOU'LL BRING
To be successful in the role of QA Engineer, you will be an experienced QA specialist who is passionate about improving processes and the role you can play in creating a strong quality culture in a people focused operation.
Your background will demonstrate your:
- experience operating as a QA Engineer delivering automated QA solutions to test outcomes across multiple systems
- experience of both manual and automated testing tools and techniques
- experience with design, development, execution, and analysis of automation test results
- experience working with CRM systems such as Salesforce
- experience testing API's using Postman or similar
- experience with work management and defect tracking applications such as Jira.
