Our Technology Graduate program seeks individuals with a background in IT poised to lead us into the future. At the heart of the Qantas Group, technology drives innovation. As a Technology Graduate, you'll spearhead the design and implementation of ground-breaking solutions that not only fuel our growth but also deliver tangible value to our customers. Whether you're developing our latest app features, delving into cybersecurity, or testing innovative technologies onboard our aircraft, you'll be at the forefront of innovation.
You will play an exciting role in the next generation of Qantas Aircraft with the introduction of our new fleet, immersing yourself in cutting-edge technology and gaining invaluable hands-on experience in aviation advancements.

To be eligible to apply to our 2024 cohort, you must -
- Be in your final year of study or have completed an IT/IT major undergraduate degree or postgraduate study in the last 2 years
- Maintained a credit average or above
- Be able to commence full time employment with Qantas in August 2024
- Be a Permanent Resident, Australian/NZ citizen or who have the right to work full time without restriction at the point of application
