QLD Installation Technician
We want to welcome an enthusiastic and dynamic Installation Technician to join the team. Supported and assisted by our team, you as the Technician will understand potential client needs and collaboratively present proposals demonstrating our value-based services to our clients. The role will be heavily focused on the Installation of Stormwater treatment devices.
To be successful in this position your presentation and communication skills are paramount. The ability to display initiative, take directions, and maintain high personal standards is critical.
Key Performance Indicators:
Installation of Stormwater treatment devices
Specific Responsibilities:
- Scheduling and performing installations
- Ability to travel/develop meetings with new and existing clients
- Working with Pipedrive Software maintenance sales & pipeline
- Excellent follow-up skills
Knowledge and Experience Required
- Calling potential customers
- Provide detailed specialist advice to prospective customers on the services we provide.
- Professional approach to developing relationships
- Experience in team participation - friendly, enthusiastic, and positive towards all people and tasks
- Excellent written and communication skills with a clear telephone voice and manner
- Driver's License is essential and the ability to travel
- Highly motivated – “can do attitude”
- Good personal presentation
- Has excellent initiative
- Ability to take directions and follow through assigned tasks while working within a small team, as well as independently
- White/Blue card required.
- Confined space ticket is required.
- A doggers ticket not required but will help with you being more versatile in the role.
- Previous experience in the civil construction industry will assist you in this role.
