About you
The ideal applicant will demonstrate capability in the following requirements:
- Ensure that requests for information are undertaken accurately, efficiently and in a timely manner with collated results handled securely.
- Prioritise workloads and negotiate relevant and attainable time frames for the completion of tasks.
- Develop and promote liaison with officers of the Commission and external agencies, to assist in the obtaining of access to material for information retrieval purposes.
- Ensure that individual proficiency is maintained in the operation of computer databases of the CCC and external networks relevant to the Intelligence Support Officer role.
- Retrieve electronic or physical items/records/files from the CCC holdings and from external sources.
- Assist with the development of internal practices and procedures within the Intelligence Support Unit.
