About the role
We are currently seeking an experienced and dedicated Store Manager to become part of our family and contribute to the success of our business.
Your primary purpose is to lead and manage all aspects of the restaurant's operations with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service, driving profitability, and upholding the business standard of excellence.
As a manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the restaurant's success by fostering a positive work environment, optimising efficiency, and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
What you'll bring to the role
Financial Management: Monitor and manage the store's financial performance, strong understanding of Profit and Loss
Strong understanding of Labour costs and COGS
Strong work ethic
Strong management experience - up to 4 years minimum
Must come from a similar background and have strong acumen understanding
Oversee and manage all aspects of the store's daily operations to ensure smooth and efficient functioning.
Team Management: Lead, train, and motivate the team, including Shift Supervisors and Team Members to deliver exceptional customer service and maintain high operational standards.
Customer Satisfaction: Foster a customer-centric environment and ensure that customers have a positive dining experience, addressing any feedback or concerns promptly and professionally.
Create and maintain Team Member rosters
Quality Control
Food Safety and Hygiene
Inventory Management
Compliance - Ensure the store complies with all policies, legal regulations, health and safety standards and employment laws
