Niagara Therapy is a long-standing family business that has been providing health & mobility solutions for people with age related health concerns for over 50 years. We build high-quality therapy furniture and have a fun, supportive team. We operate from our purpose-built head office and manufacturing facility in Parkinson where there is parking onsite.
We are seeking a suitably skilled person to join our Service Department.

The type of person we are seeking:
- Have relevant experience servicing electrical and/or mechanical equipment
- Have an excellent manner with customers
- Hold a current drivers' licence
- Ability to travel as needed (sometimes up to 1-3 nights away per week)
- Have capacity to work in Australia
- Be reliable and enthusiastic with a strong work ethic. Ability to work autonomously
Responsibilities include:
- Servicing and repairing recliner massage chairs and adjustable massage beds in the factory and at client homes (this involves frequent physical activity and some heavy lifting)
- Ensuring workplace safety is maintained and work is undertaken in accordance with company guidelines
- Completion of administration required for all jobs, including warranty work, data entry and liaison with suppliers/contractors
- Client communication in person, phone and email
- Other duties as required.
