About Us: TJP Auto & 4x4 is a leading automotive workshop equipped with modern facilities and tools all provided to the workshop. We pride ourselves on maintaining a modern and efficient workspace, fostering a positive workshop culture. Our team is young, dynamic, and dedicated to delivering top-notch service to our clients.

Position Available: We are currently seeking an experienced and qualified Mechanic or an ambitious 3/4-year apprentice to contribute their skills to our growing team. As part of our crew, you'll be working alongside three other skilled technicians, a first-year apprentice, a workshop manager, and a service advisor.

Work Schedule:

• 📅 4-Day Work Week (Monday to Thursday)
• ⏰ 7:30 AM to 6:00 PM
• 💼 40 Hour Week
• 🚫 No Overtime!

What We Offer:

• 🔧 Modern Workshop with All Tools Provided
• 💰 Competitive Salary Based on Experience
  • Qualified Mechanic: $70,000 - $80,000
  • Apprentice: Above award Competitive Wage
• 🌟 Bonus Structure in Place

About the Role: As part of our team, you will be involved in a variety of tasks, including but not limited to:

• 🚗 Services
• 🛠 Suspension Upgrades
• 🌐 Electrical Repairs
• 🔩 Larger Repairs (Cylinder Heads, Engines, Transmissions) on All Makes and Models

Requirements:

• 🛠 Qualified Mechanic or 3/4-Year Apprentice
• 📚 Relevant Automotive Qualifications
• 🔧 Experience in a Similar Role
• 🤝 Team Player with Strong Communication Skills
