Bakers Delight Armstrong Creek is seeking a motivated, enthusiastic and energetic Qualified baker to join our friendly and dynamic Bakers Delight Team.

Applicants must be available to work a flexible roster and be available weekends including public holidays to meet the business needs. This is a full-time position, offering approximately 38 hours per week.
Key Responsibilities -
- Preparation and production of quality bakery products as per Bakers Delight standards.
- Ensure bread quality and range is up to standard and delivered in a timely manner to meet customer demands.
- Maintain an effective relationship with all team members of the bakery.
- Weighing flour and other ingredients to prepare dough.
- Operating machine and tools to prepare bakery products.
- Decorating products with glazes, icings, buttercream and edible toppings.
- Preparing pastry fillings.
-Coordinating the forming, loading, baking , unloading, de-panning and cooling of batches of bread, rolls and pastry products.
- Glazing buns & pastries
- Maintaining cleanliness of machines, tools and premises.
- Monitoring oven temperatures and product appearances to determine baking times.

Applicants who are trade qualified and/or have at least 5 years experience , have leadership qualities and be able to manage a busy production schedule, will have priority for this role.
Pay of $71,000 to $78,000 per year
