Tip Top Victoria is currently seeking applications for Qualified Bakers to join our team at our Dandenong site.
Full Time - Rotating shifts. You must be available to work the 7 days of the week, but the days you have off change each week.
Wage rate: $33.56 base (excluding applicable penalty rates). You must hold a Certificate 3 in Retail Baking.
Purpose of the Role
The primary purpose of the role of the Qualified BakerPosition is:
- Prepare basic bread mixes, pick and process orders.
- Assist with Machine Operation following food safety requirements.
- Cleaning duties as required.
- Complete operational documentation.
- Carry out manual handling tasks safely.
- Maintaining hygienic equipment and work stations /areas.
About You
The ideal candidate will have:
- Trade Baker Qualification - Certificate 3 in Retail Baking (Essential)
- Manufacturing industry experience
- Strong safety focus, working in a team environment
- Must be punctual, reliable, and highly motivated.
- Passion for food safety.
- Adaptable and flexible.
- Sound communication skills (written and verbal)
- Proof of rights to work in Australia.
- Ability to work a 24/7 rotating roster
