Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Boilermaker Fabricator to join our team. As a Boilermaker Fabricator at AgFlow Solutions, you will play a crucial role in the manufacturing and assembly of custom irrigation equipment and infrastructure. This position offers an opportunity to work on exciting projects in a dynamic and growing industry.

Key Responsibilities:
- Fabricate and weld components according to engineering drawings and specifications.
- Assemble and install irrigation systems and equipment.
- Perform maintenance and repairs on existing equipment as needed.
- Ensure the highest quality and safety standards in all work.
- Collaborate with a team of engineers, welders, and other professionals to meet project goals.
- Operate machinery and equipment with precision and care.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Boilermaker Fabricator.
- Proficiency in interpreting technical drawings and blueprints.
- Skilled in various welding techniques (MIG, TIG, and stick welding).
- Familiarity with metal fabrication tools and equipment.
- Strong commitment to safety and quality standards.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- A valid Boilermaker certification.
