The Role |
Working with the team of talented Butchers you will have shared responsibility for producing premium products for our loyal customers. This is a full time position.
- You must have precision knife skills, proven knowledge of products and various butchery preparation methods
- Ability to operate machinery, grinders & knives with ease
- Assist in maintaining stock levels within the store, rotating stock, and keeping stock well presented at all times
- Engage with our customers, getting to know them and building a strong rapport with them
- Keep a clean and organised workspace whilst adhering to HACCP and FSP guidelines
- Be an energetic and friendly person and be able to manage your time effectively
- Be with us on the journey by sharing your ideas, listening to others and assisting the brand to grow to the best food emporium in Australia
