Please be advised that a vacancy exists for a Qualified Butcher at our Daisy Hill Store.
As such, we are inviting interested applicants to apply.
The successful applicant will need to be enthusiastic, committed, hold a food handling certificate and have a good knowledge of HACCP and OH&S procedures.
The successful applicant will need to be Trade Qualified and have full knowledge of:
- Breaking down of Carcass Beef, Lamb & Pork
- Operation of Bandsaw
- Operation of Mincer
- Licence would be beneficial
