Form of workDue to continual growth and ongoing projects, YMH is seeking a suitably qualified Carpenter for a permanent full-time position and is offering a generous remuneration package.
YMH is a leading modular builder. We service the Lifestyle, Tourism and Commercial sectors. YMH buildings are designed and built to the highest standard with a true focus on quality. Our clients have tourism parks and lifestyle village projects throughout VIC, NSW & SA in some great locations.

You will have:
- A Carpentry trade qualification with a minimum of 4 years carpentry experience.
- The ability to travel & stay overnight, as required.
- Your own tools. (Vehicle to travel from site to site is provided)
- Comprehensive knowledge of building methods, processes, and materials.
- The experience and ability to interpret plans, specifications, and colour selection documents.
- Excellent verbal and written communication.
- Must have a current Driver’s licence.
- Current white card.
- Excellent timekeeping, organisational and communication skills.

- Be able to work unsupervised and/or part of a team.
- Liaise with the onsite trades and build relationships.
- Be accountable to ensure issues are rectified.
- Ensure compliance with the National Construction Code, Australian Standards, and all Occupational Health & Safety requirements on all building sites.
- Be physically fit.
