Qualifications & Experience:

• QBCC Nominee Supervisor Builder (Low Rise). MUST have!
• Experience in building/project supervision.
• Experience on the tools.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.

Tasks & Responsibilities:

• Supervise and oversee construction projects to ensure compliance with current standards and regulations.
• Perform light duty work as necessary to support project completion.
• Attend site to take measurements, photos and formulate quotes.
• Organise materials required for projects.
• Collaborate with project teams to maintain efficient workflow, ensure quality completion and address any issues that may arise.
• Communicate effectively with clients, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met.
