Qualified Carpenter

The successful candidate will be expected to perform duties and tasks as required for the smooth completion of our building projects
✔ Very strong accountability skills to ensure team performance and standards are upheld at all times
✔ Highly organised and driven and is consistently reliable
✔ Strong initiative and problem-solving skills being solutions-focused with a common-sense approach
✔ Confident communicator and ability to effectively liaise with the Director/supervisor each and every day
✔ Competent in reading and interpreting detailed Architectural and Structural documentation
✔ Competent in Setout for all components of work (Site establishment)
✔ Excellent people skills and ability to motivate and inspire team members
✔ Open/Close sites as required
✔ Ensure sites and common areas are kept tidy
✔ Participate in project meetings & liaise with Building Managers as required
APPRENTICES
Due to increased work load we are looking to expand our team further and looking for an apprentice to join the team, 1st to 4th year is welcome to Apply.
This role is perfect for an individual who loves carpentry & would like the opportunity to Join a great team and start their career.
Work Includes timber frames, lock up, internal fix, fit off, decks, steel frames as well as read and interpreting plans.
You are required to have a current driver's licence, a reliable car as the job requires to move to and from different job sites.
You are also required to have your own basic hand and power tools.
We are looking for someone who is punctual, trustworthy, a willingness to learn and a good attitude.
