Qualified Educator with Diploma in Childrens Services or equiv

We are seeking an Diploma Qualified Educator or ECT for our 47 place centre in Duncraig for our lovely 12 place babies room. We are wanting someone who is available to do open and closing shifts on a rotating roster, 

Qualified educators must have Diploma in Children's Services or equivalent. 

Our centre is small and lovely with fantastic bonds with our families and children. As owners we feel it is important to build a strong connection with our families in order to provide the best care for the children. Our centre is only small and we love been able to take the time with each child and build strong bonds. 

We are looking for an enthusiastic Qualified Educator who is a friendly and an outgoing person to fit into our already established team environment. We are looking for someone with great verbal communication skills as we love the relationships that we build with the families. We have many long term staff and all staff are full time or part time. We do not use casual relief agencies as we have extra staff employed daily to ensure continuity of care for the children and families.

It is a full time position with a rotating roster. We are open from 7am to 6pm.

We are currently seeking new Qualified Educators to join our team to build our team stronger. We have 3 rooms, all with room leaders in, extra Qualified Educators throughout rooms and trainees who are completing their Diploma and Certificate 3. 

Our centre's focus is children first. We have a lovely family environment and ensure the children get an extension of the family home. We have a fantastic team of long term staff that have a genuine respect and love for all of our children. 

We have many trainees working in our centre currently doing Cert 3 or Diploma and we feel it is really important to train high quality educators for our industry. Especially at the moment our industry is currently struggling for strong, permanent educators and we feel it is important as a training centre to have a positive impact on our industry.
