Trojan Rail is actively seeking individuals to join our dynamic team in Broken Hill. We have immediate openings for enthusiastic and Qualified Locomotive Drivers. As a prospective team member, your commitment to South Australian NCOP (National Code of Practice) Safe-working is crucial, ensuring the safe and efficient operation of trains in line with Trojan Rail's regulations and federal laws.

Key Responsibilities:

• Safely operating trains from Broken Hill, NSW to Parkinson, WA
• Conducting thorough inspections pre and post-trips
• Effective communication with various stakeholders
• Adapting to route changes and emergencies
• Continuous learning and adherence to safety regulations and practices
• Contributing to a team environment in line with Trojan Rail's values

Requirements for the Role: Candidates interested in these positions must:

• Possess a Certificate IV in Train Driving (for Locomotive Drivers)
• Successfully pass all preliminary checks, including a CAT 1 Rail Medical
• Possess South Australian National Code of Practice Safe-working
• Possess Australian Working Rights
• Hold an unrestricted Class C driver’s license
• Route knowledge is desirable, but not essential.
• Align with Trojan Rail's safety standards and values
