AddressTerritory Water Solutions (Barkly Plumbing Services) has been operating in the Tennant Creek, Barkly and Roper Gulf Regions for over 20 years. We provide a range of services in plumbing, drainage and gas across the residential, commercial and maintenance sectors, including supplying and installing and maintaining bore equipment and comprehensive water systems.
We are looking for an experienced Team Leader/Supervisor to join our growing team. This hands-on role will be split between operations and administrative duties and is suitable for an enthusiastic and technically sound Plumber ready to take the next step. This role is based in Tennant Creek, NT.
The Team Leader is responsible for the following:
- Leadership - Coach and lead the team, assign tasks and manage workflows
- Operations Management - Oversee all site jobs, repairs, maintenance etc ensure adherence to QSE standards, and recommend product/service improvements.
- Customer Experience - Communicate effectively with customers, ensuring high-quality service delivery, and customer satisfaction. Escalate concerns to Project Coordinator or Operations Manager if needed.

Essential Criteria
- Cert IV Qualified plumber
- 8-10 years plumbing experience
- Demonstrated experience in operational planning and execution.
- High level WHS knowledge
- Excellent time management
- Enthusiastic, reliable, consistent and a strong work ethic
- Display high care of workmanship and attention to detail
- Experience coaching team members and resolving conflict
- Current manual drivers’ license
- White Card
Desirable Criteria
- Experience working with and managing relationships with customers
- Experience working in remote geographical areas
- First aid certificate
- Qualifications in safety management, quality assurance, or leadership training
- Experienced using Simpro
