As a Test Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire testing lifecycle for CommerceCloud e-commerce ERP projects. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that our software solutions meet the highest standards of quality and reliability.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive test strategies and plans for Commerce Cloud
- Lead and manage a team of testers, providing guidance, support, and mentorship.
- Collaborate with project managers, developers, and business analysts to understand project requirements and define test objectives.
- Design and execute manual and automated test cases to ensure thorough coverage of all functional and non-functional requirements.
- Identify, document, and track defects and issues, working closely with development teams to ensure timely resolution.
- Conduct regular test reviews and provide detailed reports on test progress, coverage, and quality metrics.
- Continuously improve testing processes, tools, and methodologies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and emerging trends in testing and quality assurance.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Test Manager or in a similar role, with a focus on Commerce Cloud
- Strong understanding of software testing principles, methodologies, and tools.
- Experience with both manual and automated testing techniques.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., ISTQB) are a plus.
Preferred Skills:
- Hands-on experience with Commerce Cloud platforms (e.g., Salesforce Commerce Cloud, SAP Commerce Cloud).
- Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics).
- Knowledge of agile methodologies and tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence).
